Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Be the Answer website (betheanswer.today) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Be the Answer provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) consulting and implementation services for local businesses. Our services include AI search audits, content architecture, technical optimization, and ongoing monitoring. Specific deliverables and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements.
Geographic Exclusivity
Our AI Search Growth retainer includes geographic market exclusivity — we work with one client per competitive market per industry. Exclusivity is maintained for the duration of the active service agreement. Market boundaries are defined during the onboarding process.
Payment Terms
AI Search Foundation is a one-time payment due before work begins. AI Search Growth is billed monthly. All fees are outlined in your service agreement. We do not offer refunds for completed work, but the Foundation fee may be credited toward your first month of Growth if you upgrade within 30 days.
Intellectual Property
All content, research, methodologies, and materials created by Be the Answer remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a service agreement. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business. Our published research may be referenced with proper attribution.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to their website and relevant accounts, and reasonable cooperation during the implementation process. Results depend on factors including market competition, website platform capabilities, and the client's ability to implement recommendations.
No Guarantees
While our recommendations are backed by research data, we cannot guarantee specific AI citation results or rankings. AI platforms are operated by third parties and their algorithms change regularly. We commit to applying our best methodology and adapting as the landscape evolves.
Termination
Either party may terminate the AI Search Growth retainer with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, geographic exclusivity for your market is released. Work completed prior to termination remains yours to use.
Limitation of Liability
Be the Answer's liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
